Organic producer Established in 2002 after training with Jamet amongst others, Aurélien is one of the best producers of his generation and a true rising star. Most vineyards are on steep granite slopes where the soil is worked using a winch. His wines are lean, pure and perfumed. One to try is "Le Crêt Louison" that comes from a high density plot planted by Aurélien in 2007.

Syrah100% Syrah. The Côte-Rôtie comes from vineyards that are treated organically, like everything else at the domaine, and vinification is the same as in Saint-Joseph. The terroir - the majesty of Côte-Rôtie is clearly evident in each bottle, which can gracefully age for decades. Less than 100 cases are produced in a good year.
