Situated in a elevated position a ridge looking north-west towards the peak of Arthurs Seat on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Our vineyard is truly boutique covering only 4.5 acres and comprising 1 acre of pinot gris and cahrdonnay and 2.5 acres of pinot noir. With great passion and enthusiasm we strive to produce AAA quality fruit to deliver to Jeremy Magyar our wine maker at Moorooduc Estate to create great wines.

Pinot BlancNow this wine is something different. Whilst we have an acre of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay, in 2021 and 2022 we did not produce enough fruit to make two individual wines. The decision was made to blend the two and hey presto, we called our blend Bianco, which is white in Italian, in keeping with our brand name. A super wine to enjoy with Asian and seafood, the fruit from the Gris delivers a fruit hit and the acidity of the Chardonnay a nice finish.
